My family and I have been with Kelly Williams for a number of years and we could not be happier with the professionalism and service that they have provided us. Currently we have our home, 2007 Suburban, 2004 Toyota Corolla and our 2007 Terra LX Class motor home insured. Recently our Suburban was rear -ended and it resulted in a hit-and –run. The Mercury adjuster called us promptly and was courteous and professional. They contacted the body shop (Pacific Collision Center) promptly and the entire process was handled seamlessly.
